Where to find your order status

• Your order-status email: check your order confirmation and shipping confirmation emails for your secure order-status link. This is the easiest way to see the latest updates on your order.
• Your customer account: sign in to your account to view the status of your orders.
• No account? You can use your order number from your confirmation email, along with the email address or phone number you used at checkout, to view your order status securely.

Carrier tracking

Once your order is dispatched, the carrier tracking link opens so you can follow your parcel with the carrier. If your order was fulfilled without a tracking number, your order status page will still show the latest status we have for your shipment.
