1. Live Sale Claims

By claiming items during a Luxe & Lovely live sale, you are committing to purchase those items in accordance with these Terms & Conditions.

Claims made during live sales are treated as a purchase agreement and are not considered “reserved” or “held without commitment”.


2. Live Sale Deposit

A £10 live sale deposit is required to participate in live sales.

This deposit:

  • Secures your basket
  • Confirms genuine intent to purchase
  • Is non-refundable

The deposit is deducted from your final balance when you check out.

 

3. Basket Holds

Baskets are held for up to 7 days after each live sale to allow customers time to check out or combine orders.

After 7 days:

  • Any unpaid balances may be cancelled
  • Claimed items may be released back into stock
  • Deposits are forfeited

 

4. Final Balance & Checkout

Customers must check out using the “Claim on Live – Final Balance” listing.

Please select the correct amount(s) to match your total and complete checkout in full.

Orders are not dispatched until the final balance is paid.

 

5. Shipping

  • Free UK shipping is automatically applied on orders over £35
  • Orders under £35 are charged £4.45 UK standard shipping
  • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout

Shipping details are collected during final checkout.

 

6. Order Limits

To ensure fairness and smooth running of live sales, Luxe & Lovely may apply spending or basket limits at our discretion.

This helps prevent overspending and ensures a positive experience for all customers.

 

7. Cancellations & Non-Payment

  • Deposits are non-refundable
  • Failure to complete checkout within the stated timeframe may result in:
    • Order cancellation
    • Loss of deposit
    • Restriction from future live sales

 

8. Returns & Refunds

Due to the nature of live sale items:

  • All sales are final
  • No refunds or exchanges are offered unless an item is faulty

If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

 

9. Conduct During Lives

Luxe & Lovely reserves the right to:

  • Refuse service
  • Remove participants from live sales
  • Cancel claims if behaviour is disruptive, abusive, or repeatedly breaches these Terms.


10. Changes to These Terms

Luxe & Lovely may update these Terms & Conditions at any time.

The most recent version will always apply to live sales and orders.
