FAQs
LIVE SALES – FAQs
Live Sale Overview
Our live sales are designed to be fun, relaxed and easy to take part in. To keep everything running smoothly and fairly, we use a simple checkout process with a small deposit, a short holding period, and one final checkout once you have finished claiming.
How do your live sales work?
We host live sales where items are shown in real time.
To purchase, simply claim the item during the live, then check out via the website once your basket is complete.
Do I need to pay a deposit?
Yes. A £10 live sale deposit is required to take part in live sales.
This helps us manage claims fairly and ensures items are reserved for customers who intend to complete their purchase.
The deposit is deducted from your final balance.
Is the deposit refundable?
Live sale deposits are non-refundable, as items are removed from availability once claimed.
How long do you hold baskets?
We’re happy to hold baskets for up to 7 days from the date of the live sale.
This gives you time to add additional items if you wish and reach free shipping where possible.
Can I add more items after the live?
Yes. You can continue adding items during the 7-day holding period, subject to availability.
When do I pay the final balance?
Once you’ve finished claiming items, you’ll check out using the Final Balance option on the website.
Orders are dispatched once payment is complete.
What about shipping?
- FREE UK shipping on orders over £35
- Orders under £35 will have shipping added at checkout
- Shipping is calculated once your final balance is paid
What happens if I don’t complete checkout?
If a final balance isn’t completed within the holding period, claimed items will be released back into stock and the deposit will be retained.
This helps keep live sales running smoothly for everyone.
Why do you have these guidelines?
Live sales move quickly and items are limited.
These guidelines help us keep things organised, fair, and enjoyable for all customers.
